Comfort Apartments is a nationwide operator of short- and long-term rental apartments and aparthotels located in the popular tourist and business cities of Gdynia, Gdańsk, Sopot, Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław and Kołobrzeg.
We have created 3 groups of facilities: Comfort30, Comfort90 and Comfort360. Each is assigned customised marketing activities to maximise profitability. We have standardised all the apartments in terms of their equipment and amenities in order to build a positive and consistent brand image, and our professional service is appreciated by visitors who join the ranks of satisfied and eagerly returning guests.

MANAGEMENT
We currently manage 380 apartments. Between 2023 and 2027, Comfort Apartments signed cooperation agreements for 8 new developments with a total of approximately 1,220 apartments, under the aparthotel brands:
